Lisa Cassedy serves as Business Manager at Analytic Business Appraisers, LLC, located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Since joining the firm in 2013, she has played a critical role in supporting business valuation and appraisal engagements for legal, tax, and litigation-related matters.
With over 27 years of experience in office management and technical documentation, Lisa operates in a hybrid administrative and analytical capacity. Her responsibilities include coordinating communication with attorneys, CPAs, financial institutions, and regulatory agencies to obtain and organize financial documentation necessary for valuation assignments. She manages time-sensitive workflows to ensure appraisal reports are completed efficiently and accurately.
Lisa assists in financial data organization and analytical support, including research related to economic conditions, industry outlooks, market data, corporate history, capitalization rates, and growth projections. She also prepares and formats technical reports and supporting exhibits used in professional valuation deliverables.
Throughout her career, Lisa has provided documentation and administrative support to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, numerous banking institutions, and small businesses and start-ups. She is recognized for her exceptional attention to detail, discretion in handling confidential financial information, and commitment to maintaining professional standards in valuation support services.
